As a customer of ours we offer a 15 day return policy from date of receipt for all items returned in new, untested condition. All requests for return must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment (tracked through the shipping carrier). All returns must have the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package which will be included in the return authorization form which will be emailed to you. Any returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package could be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Headsets must be returned unopened with the original factory seal on them due to sanitary reasons. All software and memory cards must be returned unopened with the original factory seal on the box. Products returned to us which do not meet our return policy will be returned at the senders request and expense or disposed of if customer does not wish for product to be returned to them.
